DUI Case Lookup
The Orange County Superior Court has 4 locations that handle DUI cases that occur within the county. Depending on where you were arrested or cited, one of the courts will be assigned your case. Find the link to the OC Court Calendar here.
Start by selecting the case type "Criminal" for the drop-down menu as shown below:
Next, enter your name (last, first) into the "Title" field as it appears on your government issued identification card. You may also want to double check your citation to make sure the name on it matches your ID. The date fields will already reflect the maximum number of selectable dates. You do not need to select or enter any other information.
Your search results will appear something like this depending on how many people you share a name with who also have a pending criminal matter, and how many cases there are on calendar.
All case number follow a [YEAR][LOCATION][CRIMECLASS][NUMBER] format. For example, a citation issued in the year 2022 (22), in the jurisdiction of the Western Justice Center (W), that is a felony (F), and is the 2143rd felony given a case number that year would be given 22WF2143.
Let's breakdown the columns in the search result:
If you find that there is a hearing for your case on the calendar, it is critical that you contact a DUI lawyer to represent you in your case as soon as possible. The longer you wait, the longer the entire process will take. That means your license will be suspended longer than necessary, and the you may face higher insurance premiums for a longer duration.
